Therapy
I work in an integrated way, drawing upon a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities in order to best meet the individual needs of my clients. I have expertise in psychodynamic therapy, mentalisation-based therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and mindfulness.

Group therapy (4-8 people)
Our whole life is spent in relationships and in social contexts, so group therapy may help you to develop your sense of self in relation to others. Group therapy can offer the opportunity to experience healthy behaviours and healthy attachments, and can impart a sense of psychological safety. With group therapy you may be encouraged to take ownership of your feelings, learn from others and develop better understanding of how you interact.
