Reflective practice and supervision for aspiring and early-career psychologists
For Professionals
Clinical Supervision
I offer a psychodynamically-informed supervision space to early-career and aspiring psychologists. The space will encourage you to reflect on your clinical work, giving sensitive attention to your own reactions and processes in relation to your patients. Our personal and professional lives are inextricably linked, so taking space to understand how your own mind influences your work, and how your work impacts upon your mind, can be incredibly powerful.

Reflective Practice Groups for Assistant Psychologists
I offer a psychodynamically-informed group space to early-career and aspiring psychologists to reflect upon their work, their lives, and the pressures involved in working towards the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Reflective practice groups also offer the chance for personal and professional growth. Many assistant psychologist roles do not offer the opportunity to meaningfully reflect on the self, and on the work in a way which helps us to understand the impact that it has on us, and the impact we have on our clients/colleagues. This level of understanding is crucial for the development of a well-rounded and self-caring clinical psychologist.
